3 Useless And 3 Effective Questions That Most Women Ask When They Wake Up

Thoughts are powerful so when you wake up start by questioning yourself intelligently and guarantee a successful day.

Most of us when we wake up we start by questioning even the smallest detail of everything we must do throughout the day, whether in a positive or negative way. Sometimes our questions can be so powerful that they can ruin our energy or motivate us to continue with daily activities. Everything is a matter of focus and how to take advantage of the first moments when we wake up.

As published in Upsocl, there are classic questions that we all ask that are not so inspiring to keep our minds energized and motivated. Quite the opposite with what Diego Peralta shared , focused on leadership, since he recommends us to start the day with some questions that will help us stay positive and that are important to start a successful day.

The USELESS questions but that we still ask every morning are:

1. Do I get up or sleep 5 more minutes?

We all know that the 5 more minutes in bed can turn into 15 minutes, even hours. Your brain will not really rest, since you have heard the alarm clock. You better get up right away and start waking up so you don’t have any setbacks.

2. It’s cold! Will the cold weather stay?

It is normal that when waking up and getting out of bed, the body feels a sudden change in temperature, so we feel cold immediately. The question is to know if the weather will be cold all the time, to decide what to take with you. This question is useless since everything depends on the seasons of the year (spring, summer, autumn and winter).

3. What will I eat? Or What am I going to eat?

It is classic that women who have children and a family wonder from the morning what they will prepare to eat? Since they care too much about the welfare of their family and loved ones. However, it is an out of place question, since your day is just starting and you haven’t even had breakfast. What that questioning will bring you is stress and worry. I recommend that during the day you organize your time and establish the menu for the next day.

To start a day full of positive thoughts, start by questioning yourself:

1. What am I grateful for right now?

Many times we wake up without realizing that another day begins full of new experiences, knowledge and strengthening family relationships and with our loved ones. Sometimes we can complain about work or excess responsibilities, however, all you have to do is ask yourself what are you grateful for when you wake up?

2. What is my goal today?

It is the same as saying What do I want and how am I going to do it ? Small goals and objectives are essential to motivate us when we wake up. That way your energy will focus on what you want and that you can possibly experience satisfaction when you have fulfilled it.

It’s important to set goals every day to build self-esteem, confidence, and self-confidence.

3. Who do I love and who love me?

It is important to take time to think about the people you love and those who love you, to motivate you to do all your daily activities. Remember that there is no better motivation to perform any responsibility or obligation when you think of the happiness of sharing a reward with those you love.

Modify your thoughts when you wake up, since the first thing that comes to your mind will be what marks the destiny of your day. Fill yourself with positive thoughts and be grateful for your life, your health, your well-being. Live the days as if it were your last!
